President and founder Maria K. Heckaman is a Certified Personnel Consultant.
Prior to starting her own agency in 1979, she worked at three other employment agencies in the Cleveland area.
Her other work experience includes the arts, medical, professional services and senior citizens.
She is a community leader who serves on the board of the Greater Cleveland Growth Association (the largest Chamber of Commerce in the country).
She is a Director of Women's City Club.
She is past president of National Association of Women Business Owners (Cleveland Chapter), past president of Hillcrest League of Women Voters, and past president of South Euclid Women's Club.
Among her awards are "Top 20 Women Business Owners in NE Ohio", Woman Business Owner of the Year (awarded by NAWBO), and Career Woman of Achievement by the YWCA.
Maria has surrounded herself with a staff that shares her values of integrity and service.
Linda Cunningham, the senior consultant has been with the company since 1989.
Her caring ways have provided her with thousands of referrals by satisfied applicants.
As a Mayfield Heights native, she's firmly rooted in the community.
Her prior work includes recruiting and benefits administration for such companies as Cole National and Technicare.
Donna Van Oosten, the newest consultant, has been with the company since 1998.
Her understanding and caring for people is partly due to her training as a licensed minister.
Her outgoing personality reflects her partially Irish background.
Donna's other work experience includes medical and real estate sales.
